「The state of the drive into the accommodation is dreadfully potholed and needs to be graded. The facility itself was freezing. We had a soiled roll of toilet paper as our spare roll in our room. I tried to contact a staff member to get it changed but no one answered my many rings down at reception either that afternoon or the following morning. We had a lot of difficulty with the heating in the room. We tried to open the window to air the room but that wasn’t possible - it appeared stuck and...

「Staff, location right on river, unit was excellent . 」

「A fantastic place for camping with family and friends. Very clean and decent room and facilities, with outdoor grilling area. Strongly recommended!」

「Scene is very beautiful. You can even see the wild kangaroo, it is fun. The breakfast is really nice, so yummy! I expect to visit here again.」

「A cost efficient stay with every thing we needed」

「The host should fix the leakage of shower head, change the cook pan and provide a big hanger for drying wet cloths.」

「Very close to Healesville and sounding attractions.」

「Friendly service and lovely setting 」

「Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

「Family friendly hotel. Nice hotel host! Recommend to stay on the top floor as all the bathrooms are more well-equipped.」
