Rooms were clean and in working condition. Breakfast was not available at the time so the hotel due to logistics issues or something so the hotel compensated us in cash. "This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Taiwan! The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and an early check-in (since there were no guests from the night before). "My stay was excellent. I felt safe. Every door was locked and needed a QR code to be scan to get access. The room was very cleaned. My guest service personnel was very accommodating. I did not arrive until 11pm but she still came over to greet me and to make sure I was ok. I definitely recommend this place."
