"It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. The breakfast was very delicious as there was quite a bit to choose from. I am planning on staying at this hotel on my return journey back to Kunming. "This was a wonderful hotel in Kunming. The location was excellent! Convenient to many things and walkable neighborhood with markets nearby. The staff were BEYOND amazing and worked hard to communicate and ensure your comfort. The building may be a bit older, but the individual rooms were very modern clean and felt very luxurious- especially the shower! This will be my choice again in the future!💕"
