The hotel services, room facilities and room condition are all good, however, the noise caused by the water pipes in Room 611 was not acceptable, which was last from the evening to almost whole night for almost every nights we stayed there, even though we closed the room door. 「Nice hotel situated 5 minutes from Gunnersbury tube station. Lovely room, nice size with nice bathroom. Good breakfast need to work on how to cook hot beans.」

「Despite some negative comments my night went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. Great bargain for what you paid, especially in London where some budget chains without en-suite showers may charge you that much or more」
