「The hotel itself is very dated that is also as its an old building and the character of the building is from 18th century. The room was okay and can be improved. The staff looked agitated and not very friendly. The restaurant menue is overly priced and very limited. No service except within limited lunch and dinner time with pre booking.」

「Great place to stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dinner here was fantastic. One of the best waiter services I have experienced in a long time. Shout out to Olga, amazing lady, top notch service.」

「The hotel is lovely overall, but it feels a little tired in places, with some short-term fixes rather than longer-term solutions.
Our room was very warm, and a sign advised calling reception as the air conditioning was decommissioned. When I did, the response felt quite dismissive, focusing on the fact that air-con wasn’t included in the booking. I wasn’t expecting it as a given, just following the instructions for help — especially as we were travelling with a 3-month-old and the room was...
