「Beautiful boutique hotel that keeps its historic charm. Large room, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you have a hard time with stairs, make sure you book a first floor room are no elevators. Restaurant was very good and super convenient. Washington square is steps away and you can walk to many attractions.」

「The property was in very nice condition, well kept grounds even in winter. Updated decor felt airy and fresh. Our room (springhouse 3) was comfortable and clean, pretty views from the balcony, fireplace was great to have on the 2 nights we stayed in mid february. I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. 「Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood...

「The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged...
