「Me encantó este hotel」

「Our room was nice, there was no Continental breakfast, outdoor pool was filled in with dirt and grass, the ice machine and pop machine were broken, the clerk/ housekeeper, was the only person we saw the week we were there. No extra towels, never offered commadation for things that were not available to us when it was advertised on the site. Clerk/housekeeper never asked us how are stay was or offered us if we needed something. The only problems in the room was the dresser/ TV stand was broke...

「We LOVED our stay here. My kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. If I had one thing that could be improved upon, it would be the hot tub. All the jets didn’t work. My kids still loved it! Would definitely stay again. 」

「Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult).
