「Check in was nice, we checked in early. The hotel smelled like ether/spray paint, not sure what work was being done, but room smelled both days terribly, no parking available Saturday evening, finally parked and hoped car was still there in the morning, dirty towel on back of door when we got there, garbage was left in room after cleaning and bed didn’t get made. Pool and hot tub were not open. Bed was one step from sleeping in the floor. All in all, I would not stay again or recommend to...

They spoil you with beautiful rooms, food, drinks and a very relaxed atmosphere. Dan and Jen are always available and looking to help make your stay in Ludington special. We can't wait to go back!」

So much thought and love went into the Cartier Mansion and their attention to detail is impeccable. Breakfast did not disappoint. I look forward to staying with them again. If you love exceptional hospitality you must stay at the Cartier Mansion. And Carson the butler is too cute!」

「I had 2 interactions with the staff outside of checking in and out and in both cases, the staff was friendly, helpful, and quickly fixed or investigated the problem. Although construction was going on, I really didn't see much evidence of it. My room was clean and very comfortable. I would go back again if I'm in the Ludington area and recommend it to others.」
