「I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. 」

Es fehlen Klimaanlagen in allen Bereichen Zimmer, Speisesaal, Lobby, Bar Alles Unklimatisiert Bei 40 Grad eine Echte Herausforderung für den Kreislauf Da ist auch essen nur bedingt lecker zumal man bis 19 Uhr anfangen soll Bei den Temperaturen würde ich gerne erst um 20 Uhr oder später Abendessen Geht aber nicht ( verstehe ich- aus Personal Sicht - aber um entspannt zu essen ist es einfach noch zu warm) da war wenig Flexibilität möglich Generell hätte man mehr Hitze...
