You'll find this beautiful, carefully furnished holiday home (where you will be the only guests) at the border of Salzburgerland and Tirol, between the pleasant villages of Krimml and famous Wald (municipality Wald–Königsleiten). An ideal location for families or friends travelling together.

On the ground floor, you'll have a spacious, tasteful living room, a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a bedroom and a bathroom at your disposal. From the living room, you can also walk straight to the spacious terrace.
On the first and second floor you'll find 7 bedrooms, some of which with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and also have an extra bunk bed, which makes them ideal as a family room.
Around the house, you'll find a wonderful garden with a view of the surrounding mountains.

In the immediate vicinity you'll find a beautiful indoor swimming pool, various places to eat and shop, as well as the ski bus to the skiing pistes. Thanks to the central location, you can enjoy 3 well-known skiing areas within a 15 drive: the Zillertal Arena (140km of pistes), the Wildkogel Arena (62km of pistes) and the Kitzbüheler Alps (180km pistes). The Salzburg Superskikarte gives you access to all of these skiing areas as well as to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

During the summer there are many possibilities to fill your vacation with activities; there are many walking and mountain biking possibilities, many sights in both Tirol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos and don't forget to visit Europe's highest waterfalls in the neighbouring Krimml.
