「Very friendly staff at check in. Walkable from Wakayamashi station. The area is a fun little section of the city with a lot of character. Plenty of hole in the wall eateries and small bars. I found some live music clubs to check out right around the corner. There are a few shopping streets to walk that aren’t focused on tourism. Good local feel if you want to escape the tourist or business vibe. 」

「The accommodation is close to Wakayama train station, with offsite car parks. The staff was friendly. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many dining options and department stores near the train station. The room was spacious and clean, however, the conditions of the A/C and the cleanliness of the bidet have room for improvement. The breakfast provided is good and tasty. Overall it is a good place for an overnight stay in Wakayama.」
