"We were initially assigned a room in the Double Something area. Before getting the keys, we requested a ground-floor room because we had two large, heavy suitcases that would have been difficult to carry upstairs, but unfortunately, the request could not be accommodated. Once we got to the room, we realized that the shower wasn’t working. We had to walk a few blocks back to reception to inform the staff, after which we were moved to another room. This entire process happened around 10:30 PM. Another issue was that the room keys worked when we first entered the room, but after we went out for dinner, the keys no longer worked when we returned. We had to walk back to reception again to get new keys. The views and overall vibe of the property are certainly great! However, I had to take one star off because of the inconvenience and multiple trips to reception that we experienced during our stay."

"Loved my small, but cozy room at the Inn. Room was very clean and comfortable. The electric fireplace was a nice addition that I enjoyed. Breakfast was wonderful and being right in the middle of town was perfect!"

"Beautiful hotel and property. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were great. The restaurants onsite were also very good. The property was beautiful and very well maintained."

"Very nice stay overall. Booked a room with a deck and expected to be looking at a gorgeous mountain scene, not the parking area. On the bright side however, our room was next to a charging station, a pleasant perk for our Tesla! The room was small, but clean and had all the essentials. Coffee service great the first morning of our stay and a bit “slap dash” the second. The hallways were a bit noisy when guests came and went. The service team was professional and friendly. This property is very attractive and well situated on the Mountain Road in Stowe. They have a nice indoor pool and a sauna, which I enjoyed daily. This lodge is an excellent value for the price … and my wife and I would consider returning the next time we visit Stowe."
