「Wow, thank you to Sue and her team, Sally, Sal and Will. What a warm welcome! We had such a lovely time with you all. A well run, friendly and warm spirited pub and B&B. The drinks were cold, and flowed easily and the food second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay. No wonder the local patrons enjoy spending their down time with you!」

「The owner was just fantastic, so attentive to our needs and the secret way to locate the property, (if you know, you know, it is a genius), the first people and or persons we were introduced to were three stunning horses. (Two of our favourite royals after Kate of course, & My Wife' nickname), we loved the alpacas, the rabbits, the dogs and it was just so picturesque and beautiful. Our whole holiday was just perfect we didn't want to leave. We would love to see the owner again and love that part...

「The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. 「we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. 「Absolutely amazing place to stay for a few nights. The cottage was perfectly sized for our family of 5, loved the out side space and the fabulous view of the beach. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. We will be going back!」

Spaziergänge an der Küste sind von der Haustür aus möglich. Hinweis: Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen über einen externen Anbieter hinzu gebucht oder selbst mitgebracht werden. Das haben wir leider sehr kurzfristig erfahren. 」
