Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints involve the shower. I had booked a room with an open shower for those in a wheelchair without realizing. When we took a shower the water went EVERYWHERE!! We had a small lake on the floor flowing out the door. We had the curtain pulled and the shower head pointed as far in as it would go. The other concern was the temperature of the water. It was a chilly evening and the water was only lukewarm. Very unsatisfying.

The entire hotel was dirty, there was dirt and debris all over the floors, and dead crickets on the floor in the gym. The air conditioning was broken in the gym. When I checked into my room staff was quick and friendly but When I got to my room there were no washcloths or a hand towel. Breakfast was fine and parking was good.

My stay was as expected. With Holiday Inn, you get a certain standard that's more or less the same everywhere. It wasn't outstanding or exceptional, but the room was clean, and free parking was available.

A great place to get a good nights rest. The only deduction I gave for property condition/facilities was that it was warm and a little musty in the hallway, but once we stepped into our room it was nice and cold leading to a great night of sleep. The room was very spacious and clean. We never heard anyone around us. Breakfast we were told started at 7 and we were going to miss it, but when we were leaving at 6:30 it was already set up and ready to go. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Lobby was hot no AC. The worker was ringing wet with sweat. She was super kind. We went to our room. The elevator , halls everything no ac. Super hot ! Room was dirty and falling apart. Ac in room did not work. The shower was disgusting with stains . No amenities in the room ( soap and such) 1 bath towel and 1 rag for two people. Just extremely nasty. The bed was clean and comfortable and due to exhaustion and the fact there was not another hotel for 30 miles we stayed.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower difficult to use. Breakfast was mediocre and several items were gone after being open only 1 hour. I prefer Hilton properties. Wanted to give this one a try - won’t book a Holiday Inn Express again.
