「The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. WiFi is strong. When comparing to the price, it is competitive. We will surely recommend it to our friends.」

「We were very disappointed with the state of this apartment. Three main troublesome areas: 1. The pictures in the listing are deceiving — the apartment is much older and has not been kept up. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn. 2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone. 3.
