Great Staff

Hotel feels old, furniture very dated. Some wise man put oversize hangers in the wardrobe so the door cannot close, the lack of attention to detail was laughed off but really it shows ineptness. Breakfast was better than I expected but as always with hotels in Vietnam, it was nothing special although I was told by my wife that the pho was very very good. All in all a mediocre, dated hotel at a slightly high price. However, staff are fantastic, very very nice & very courteous especially carrying our bags which so many hotels here forget, 10+/10 for staff. Senior management/investors get a grip & update the place & put in ac that actually cools the room. Would I stay again? Yes but only because of the service by staff & location.

Stay with the locals

Overall, was pleasantly surprised by the hotel for the price. We were the only "foreigners" in the hotel, but nevertheless, we felt right at home. The breakfast buffet is good - but only Vietnamese, not Western. In lieu of a credit card for incidentals, they hold your passport, so fair warning. It's right across the street from the (local's) beach. Very good bargain for the price and area.

Close to the beach and well run.

I enjoyed my two night stay at the Green Hotel. Front desk was courteous and gave me an extra hour to check out when I requested it. My partial beach view window was mucked up with salt from the marine air when I checked in and I noticed a housekeeper cleaning the exact room window on another floor below mine. I asked a maid on my floor if it would be possible, using gestures and smiles to overcome my lack of Vietnamese, and she indicated it could be done. Later when I returned to the room, it was done! Breakfast buffet was large and geared toward local tastes but quite adequate. The clientele is mostly Vietnamese, which I consider to be both interesting and revealing. This is a place where local people feel they are getting a good deal!

Jag rekommenderar inte detta hotell. Det finns en risk att rummet vetter rakt mot en betongvägg och en byggarbetsplats. Frukosten är till 90% asiatisk. Personalen däremot är väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Städningen perfekt.

古い建物ですが、清掃はきれいにされていました。また、小さいですがバルコニーがあり、そこからバックビーチを眺めることができました。部屋にドラゴンフルーツが用意されていたりと、この価格でこのサービスなら満足です。ただ、部屋にスリッパはなく、近くの露店で100円で売っているビーチサンダルが置いてありました。さすがにそれに足を入れる勇気がなく、持参したスリッパを履きました。朝食も十分な種類で満足でした。近くに安くて素敵なカフェもありました。

Beach front location

Beautiful sea view from the balcony of our deluxe room. Room price is reasonably high when compared to other hotels but the friendliness of staff, good room condition and view of the beach are worth it.

Definitely better than normal 3 stars. Big volumes and size, either in the room and outside. Friendly staff. Super clean (floors in corridors cleaned 3 times during first afternoon) BUT table clothes very dirty in Breakfast area. They had 2 big parties the night before, may they runned out of time but... Food... very adapted to local people, less for Occidental people. On the other hand... we were only 2 foreigners out of... more than 100 guests at breakfast: normal thing if they adapt to their favorite target. Located cross the road from the beach. So far, excellent value considered the price. You will find better in the street, if you want to spend more...

The twin room with partial ocean view did deliver a really nice partial ocean view, though the balcony was small & contained no furnishings. At $AU100+ a night, I though the room was small and fairly basic with just enough room for two beds & a side table. Basic room amenities. Easy access to local restaurants, beach and convenience stories.

Hotell nära strand

Hotellet hade ett bra läge, nära stranden. Städningen var oklanderlig. Frukosten var helt asiatisk, det gick inte att få lite youghurt eller marmelad, heller inget mörkare bröd. Sängarna var väldigt hårda. Engelskan var inte så god hos personalen som dock var väldigt hjälpsam

3 Day mid week trip

Very polite helpful staff Reasonable breakfast and good rooms Only downside was noise which as we have found is normal throughout our trip from 6am in both hotel and outside (no double glazing). Would consider coming again
