Great room with fridge , kitchen and freezer, kitchen sink etc. Everything was super clean! nice room, great stay. Left feeling like we got a good deal on a nice room.

When we went to check-in, no one was there. We waited for 10 minutes until someone came from the locked lounge door, apologetic, and acting embarassed. The entire front area and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke.

When I got into my room, the above light did not work, there were no batteries in my remote for the tv. My microwave did not work. I had no smoke detection/alarms.
