「The location is perfect!! 5mins walk to BHF, a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 2mins walk. The staff are all friendly. The modern interior design is stunning! It was a pleasant experience staying in a clean and quiet room for 5 nights.」

「Wir waren für eine Nacht für eine Veranstaltung im Fredenbaumpark im Hotel. Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn super. Es war sauber, bis auf 2 Kleinigkeiten. Die Balkontür könnte eine Reparatur gebrauchen. Frühstück war gut. Pluspunkt: es gab auch Geflügelwurst. Minuspunkt: es wurde Morgens das Wasser wegen einer Reparatur abgestellt, ohne Mitteilung. Nach einer kurzen Reklamation wurde das Wasser noch mal angestellt. Alles im Allem werden wir das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn es zum...

「The room, the hotel, and the workers were all wonderful. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem we had is nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead of time to ask about parking and check in. I tried several times in the days leading up to our stay. The email that they sent only gave —-@—- as the contact email, so that was of no use. 」

「Das war das wohl sauberste Hotelzimmer welches ich bislang bewohnen durfte. Tolle Matratzen, gute Kissen & ein super Frühstück (ohne Aufpreis). Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr bemüht. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt gilt dem Aufpreis für den Parkplatz, welcher mit zzgl. 10€ pro Nacht zu Buche schlägt. Ansonsten ein super Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder :) 」
