「It's my 2nd stay in this hotel and it was great like the previous stay. The hotel is located in the centre of the old town which is very convenient for food and shopping. Although the front-desk reception is not for 24 hours, it's totally fine as you can get in and out the hotel with the room access card anytime you want. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. 」

「I had to wait for more than half an hour standing in front of the door to receive the door code which supposed to be sent one day before check in. Communication with the company was really bad. I found only one toilet paper roll and the other on was empty. And no one came to clean the room the whole week.」
