「A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. 「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」
