「11/10 amazing stay!! The location is absolutely perfect, only steps away from the Domkerk and Don Tower. Also very close to the Hoog Catharijne Mall and Utrecht Centraal Station. This was perfect for us as we could easily take day trips to nearly every town and city in the country! The hotel is kept very cozy, clean, and safe. 「A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. There was nowhere to hang your clothes/coats etc, except for a coat stand. Some coat hangers would be useful. Lastly, there is no bespoke reception area. The cafe staff...

「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」
