「Perfect location next to the auto route, the stadium, Atomium and 2 metro stations. Rooms are great for a few nights stay. Breakfast choice is not huge but what there is, is good. Staff were great. Bars and restaurants & suoper market nearby.」

「Affordable. Great customer service. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Brussels airport is very close. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the shop. Restaurants are close by. Very quiet location. I highly recommend this hotel. 」

「The location of the hotel is good , just 10 walk to the station, it is in the side alley so when you walked alone back in the dark it would feel a bit dangerous but the local here look fine and i felt safe all the time. The sound proof of my room is very poor, i always heard ppl talking outside or in their room and it only would be quiet until 0100 am. No air conditioner at all, but i can see heater inside the room(not sure it worked) And the room is quite dull, even i try my best to turn on...

「1. Check-in after, I need to walk to another building and have stepped up to the elevator, my room on 3/F. Uncomfortable for me. 2. TV. hair dryer is broken. The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it. 3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure. 4. Comfortable environment.」

「Staff were very welcoming. Room was amazing. It was on the 5th floor so had amazing views. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was 29/30 degrees outside. Very clean and toiletries supplied with towels and slippers. Breakfast was included too which was delicious and luggage storage on day of departure. All round great experience. 」

「I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . 」

「I loved how it away from the city and the peace it has just from the outside! Amazing customer service the reception worker Francis was amazing took care of me and made everything possible for things to work out would come back there in a blink of an eye one of the best I’ve been to!
