「Nicely designed room and bathroom and very spacious. The kitchette was lacking in amenities to be able to use it for proper meals (no toaster, limited cutlery/pans etc). Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us. The hotel is a great location, right in the middle of Leiden centre.」

「My room did not get cleaned in 2 days. I went to the desk to complain after the first day and asked for more towels. Never received the towels or the room was never cleaned. Asked for refund for buffet I prepaid for on the 15th & also the 18th because we left too early and breakfast wasn't out. The buffet was terrible, food was old and tough and not warm at all. This is a terrible place to stay. I'm prior military and traveled all around the world. This has to be on the lists of places I would...
