The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area.
