"If you can’t last 5 minutes on the stairmaster at the gym Oia is not the place to stay let alone this hotel! It was a workout. We didn’t mind the stairs just the stairs that were slippery getting to the downtown area, but that’s not the hotels problem. There was a nasty smell in the bathroom by the toilet I believe they didn’t clean the trash bin. The AC was amazingingly cooling loved that. The tv was super small and far from the bed. It was cozy and relaxing."

"Exactly as advertised. A short walk away from the busy town of Oia. Gorgeous views from suite rooms and from guest pool area. Incredible local fresh spread of breakfast every morning with the kindest staff and views of the water. Very accessible and close to so many places to eat, yet private and secluded."

"Fabulous resort! So tranquil and relaxing. Lovely staff especially Nick & George who were so helpful and friendly and bought us our delicious breakfast each morning. We stayed for nine nights with our daughter in two adjacent superior suites which were lovely, each with a balcony (overlooking the serene swimming pool area) and a lovely veranda with sunset views. I have several food intolerances and the resort catered for this which was great."

"Room was clean. Aircon worked very well. Nespresso coffee machine was provided with some pods as well as tea and sugar and a bottle of water, as you want drink the water here. No milk, but that was no issue. Washing up liquid and sponge provided which was surprise as so many places I have been in Greece don't have. So that was great. We had booked a room with queen bed and single bed. As we were only two people they only made up the queen bed. We had to ask them to make the single bed as we were not sharing. Don't assume guests who are travelling together will share to save on your linen. This is why review is 4 star and not 5. To get to the terrace of the property you have to go back out the building and around the corner up some steps, not very obvious. Nice view, but be aware this doesn't have a sunset view. There is a view a the water."

"We stayed 5 nights at Art Maisons Oia Castle and 1 night at Aspaki the sister property and both are absolutely amazing! From conscience of airport transportation to meeting the bell boy who carried our bags to the room everything was seamless. Oia castle sits right above Ammoudi Bay with the best sunsets I have ever seen right from your porch. Chris was very helpful and handled everything we needed from scheduling catamaran tours, to renting ATVs for us. He truly is one of a kind! The last night Chris arranged for us to end our trip by upgrading us to Aspaki. This was the best dinner experience at EOS. Breathtaking sunset views on the rooftop terrace and amazing dishes and wine. All in all I have 0 complaints and will be a returning customer for sure!"

"The entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were polite, informative and very helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, offered multiple pillow options, and the private pool was well maintained. We visited PacMan. We enjoyed the beautiful views, great food and excellent service. I enjoyed a message treatment at the spa that was calm and relaxing. The property is very well maintained. My favorite part of the property was visiting the gardens where they grow many of the vegetables they serve in the restaurant. It was a beautiful garden. The location was perfect for us. It is not on the caldera but it right across the street. It was very quiet and private which was nice after exploring the main strip along the caldera. We still had an incredible ocean and sunset view!"
