After booking, I realized my reservation was not for three people, and instead only for one person and two twin beds. I reached out the hotel via WhatsApp, and the team was incredibly efficient and supportive. They quickly helped me find a solution: I booked an additional room, and they even offered a discount. "Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória."
