Excellent location, waterfront of the beautiful Camburi beach. Very friendly staff, nice and clean room. I stayed in a Deluxe double room, it was spacious room with a beautiful view of the beach. Very good buffet breakfast.

Staff isn’t professional. Rooms are too small. Bathrooms are very dirty with mildew everywhere. Bathroom door is disgusting. Over priced for sure. Staff needs to ask management for every question asked. I will never ever come back here. Ahhh, they charge extra for parking too.

L’hotel purtroppo di 5* non ha niente. Vecchio e la cosa peggiore è che non viene fatta manutenzione, l’unica area comune è la piscina all’ultimo piano che chiude alle 20 e diventa inaccessibile!! La colazione non ha niente a che vedere con un 5*, le camere nemmeno. Il water non scaricava bene, la camera è da 3*+. Il prezzo è sicuramente inadeguato per i servizi che offre. La posizione invece è ottima, ma in quella zona ci sono tantissimi hotel, migliori. Da evitare.

Tudo perfeito, só tive duas questões a pontuar. Era muita gente entrando no quarto pra resolver algo, além disso matei uma barata no banheiro. Tirando isso tava tudo ótimo, a localização é excelente e o restaurante também.

O hotel é bem localizado e limpo, mas falta manutenção nos quartos. Há vazamento no box do banheiro e parede estufada no quarto por conta de umidade. O cardápio do café da manhã não muda. A opção de bolos e biscoitos não é nem fresca e nem saborosa. Os funcionários melhoraram o atendimento na recepção. Havia um elevador quebrado na quinta e que permaneceu assim pelo tempo da minha estada - 3 dias.
