"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . "The vibe was a little weird - it literally shares space with a dorm. Not bad, just unusual. The room was very clean and there was light housekeeping daily. The breakfast spread was good with lots of options and really good coffee. Overall great value for the money, plus clean and safe. "

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "

"It's a very good renewed hotel and confortable, but the blanket and the pillow in my room were smelling like sh.t, seemed not to be washed since they renewed it. My colleague was in other room and it was the same smell, so it was not a coincidence."
