La atención de Simona fue lo mejor, felicidades por su actitud de servicio y ayuda. Acceder al hotel es complicado, todo apagado en el motor lobby, la entrada es por una puerta pequeña a un lado del hotel. La habitación muy bien, limpia y agradable.

Shoetly after booking this hotel (prepaid through the application), I was contacted by a lady which advised me that the hotel was closed due to coronavirus and my reservation was automatically moved to Imperial Hotel Ostrava. On their behalf they did give me an upgraded room at Imperial hotel, however the location was not so convient. I booked hotel Clarion initially to be closer to the airport.

Velká spokojenost

Hotelový personál velice příjemný a na úrovni! Snídaně skvělé, chutné a pestré, vybere si opravdu každý. Velmi pohodlný a hlavně čistý pokoj, nadstandardní koupelna, WC...Jedinou nevýhodou může být poloha mimo centrum, ale na poměry Ostravy cena/výkon určitě skvělá volba!

TT - Europameisterschaft in Ostrava

Sehr gutes 4**** Hotel , in direkter Nachbarschaft zu Kongress Zentrum , Fußball Stadion und Ostrava Arena . Allerdings weit entfernt vom Centrum ( 25 MIn . mit Straßenbahn ) , keine Gaststätten , Kneipen in der Nähe . Außerordentlich günstiger Preis Ü/F !.

Just OK to sleep over nights

The wellness center was not open 24/7 and also required additional payment to use even for hotel guests. The daily cleaning of the room was not done in professional manner, just the bed is made and the towels on the floor are changed. The bath tub actually not get washed, even with water!

Nice hotel very close to the Arena. I has most probably gone through some refurbishment, but still feels that it was built long time ago. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff! Very good restaurant!

Hotel in Ostrava

The good things about the hotel would be the staff that were extraordinarily and probably the only reason this review is not more negative. People in reception were nice but the gentleman who served us in the restaurant twice was out of the higher league, actually all the waiters and waitresses were very polite and attentive. Food in the restaurant was also very good, but the breakfast if you are not there by 9.15 there is not much left. Girl with the tattoos was full of attitude and despite standing in front of her it took 4min to order an omelette (I would have gone for scrambled eggs but there were non left). Despite booking King Size bed I was given a Twin and was told they don’t have any Big beds anymore .. not a deal breaker but left some bad taste. Please note that you pay extra for the gym (didn’t realize until I got there)

Hotel dobrý, ale restaurace poměrně malá - přišli jsme na večeři, číšník nás ignoroval, prý už mají plno (přitom u stolů pro 6 lidí seděli 2)... Poslali nás na bar, že si tam můžeme dát taky něco k jídlu - tam na nás koukali jako na blázny, podobná byla reakce na dotaz, zda v hotelu nemají aspoň automat s drobným občerstvením (který je v jiných hotelech celkem běžný)...

Skvělý pobyt

Pobyt jsme si užili, i když koncert Scorpions byl odložen. V červnu se sem rozhodně vrátíme - dobrá snídaně, restaurace (váš salát Caesar byl přímo mňamózní!), poloha hned vedle arény, čistota hotelu, příjemný personál!

Despite making reservation for the superior room I was given the standard one. The difference between them is huge! When I placed the complaint I was said there were no any superiors free and only after I showed using their web that the superior rooms are still available I was transferred to the room I booked. There was really not very nice situation and I believe this is not the best way for making savings. Shame.
