「The hotel is ideally situated at one end of Cavtat with easy walking access to all bars, beaches and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the rooms well appointed- we had a double, sea facing with a balcony. The bathroom was a shower only, but of more than adequate size and, above all, immaculately clean. Would we stay again? Definitely, but wise in the knowledge that we thought half-board was good value (1st - 7th October) and it served only as a place to sleep and have breakfast. Forget the...

「The staff were helpful. Newly renovated rooms.we were lucky to get an Upgrade and had the most amazing view. Buffet breakfast good selection of food. Coffee poor. Swimming pool area so over crowded. Most chairs were taken by 8.30am Steep walk down to the ‘beach’ - no sand just rocks. Once again, most chairs were taken by around 9am. We had a very disappointing meal at the hotel steak restaurant. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10.」

「The room was not what we expected. Should have been a room with an ocean view but view was only partial to the far right. No coffee in the room. Absolutely no place to put luggage. Luggage assistance didn’t exist until a nice staff member directed us to a luggage lift. We left 2 days early and requested a partial refund but thus far none has been given. Restaurant was crowded with bus travelers.」

「The unit was not cleaned at all. The indoor temperature was very hot, and the refrigerator was broken and emitting a foul odor. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were no basic amenities in the bathroom, such as towels, shower gel, or shampoo. It appears the owner lives downstairs and uses this unit regularly, simply moving out when a guest arrives. There was absolutely no professional cleaning done. I have requested a full refund.」

「**An exceptional stay – couldn't recommend Hotel Supetar more!** We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Supetar in Cavtat. From start to finish, everything was exceptional, and it's easily one of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of service really made our stay feel special. The food was outstanding, and the hotel's location couldn't be more perfect....

「Great location! I was on the 4th floor with no lift but they helped carry everything! Cute tiny little terrace in our room and nice shared terrace on 2 floors! Staff was excellent!! Downfall; bad smell in my room like sauerkraut! Staff acknowledged it and made it better. I booked this room for the AC but the buttons were taped over and there was plastic placed over the vents so I couldn’t use it! I will ask for compensation for this!」
