「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Great place to stay. Tucked into the mountains, this place is beautiful. Stayed in a private room and it was exactly what I’d wanted! The one complaint may be that our room had a sunlight which meant I woke up at 5:30. You can’t beat the price! Staff was very friendly and helpful!」
