「Staff very find and helpful」

「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「酒店距離火車站3分鐘，隔離有超市，不過6時左右就close,附近冇餐廳選擇，只可以在酒店吃，不過都ok,酒店午餐唔算貴，酒店有露台，望見馬特雄峯，環境清幽，20分鐘有一班shuttle train 去策馬特，都幾方便，這個價錢比起住策馬特優勝，推薦」

「The hotel is in a central location making it convenient to walk in either direction. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good. We woke up to a snowy morning and it was awesome to go out on my balcony for pictures. 」

「Eins der besten Hotels in der Schweiz. Check in leider ein wenig lang, da nur eine Person. Gratis Parkplätze. Grosse und saubere Zimmer. Grosses und abwechslungsreicher Spa Bereich mit Pool. Lange Öffnungszeiten. Bei Ankunft ein Getränk an der Bar inklusive. Beim gehen Flasche Wasser erhalten. Schönes Ambiente. Frühstück: Einfach Hammer. 「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...
