「Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!! Le petit-déjeuner était frais et copieux, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. La climatisation dans la chambre a vraiment été un atout apprécié avec les fortes chaleurs, tout comme le petit réfrigérateur qui nous a permis de garder nos bouteilles bien fraîches. Le seul petit bémol : les aboiements du chien qui ont parfois perturbé un peu...

I had been in Albania with family traveling for a month prior This is a great location and I can’t stress how wonderful and sweet the staff was to me. Breakfast was great. Again, I can only highly recommend because the staff was so welcoming and the view of the Adriatic every day incredible. . 」
