"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. "It is hot in the Philippines.. they should always make sure their A/C is working and the room is cold before the guest arrives. I checked in at 11 pm and i did call the operator to inform them that the room is very warm and it seems like that the A/C is not working and she said they will send somebody. I waited until 1230 AM and nobody came. I have to use my small battery operated fan to cool me off. It was so warm in the room. The water pressure is very low that you can not even have a good shower.and also the mini fridge.. You can not change the settings.. it will take you the whole day to cool up your water bottle.. I am giving them 3 stars and that is already a generous one.. should be 1 star.."
