"Room was clean & bed was cozy. Although I didn’t need room service for my stay they still left a note every day saying they stopped by & the DND sign was up. The real 5 stars goes to Maria. She helped me get my passport & wallet back after I left it in the safe & had already been leaving the dock to head to the airport. She made it an easy smooth process & not stressful at all. Thankfully my friend had a friend pick it up for me at the hotel & dropped it off in Manila. Thank you again Maria! Will definitely be saying here again. Staff is amazing & very helpful getting you safely across the street to beach access & the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. 10/10 recommend! "

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. It has many restaurants, a huge pool and it opens up onto a private beach shared with a couple of other hotels which was incredible. I have never stayed in a hotel where staff were so attentive - they were so friendly and more than happy to help at any moment in time. I would highly reccomend staying here!! It is an incredibly beautiful place - I would stay here again! "

"Everything was amazing. From the facilities to the activities to the staff. Food choices were great and the themed buffet breakfast was tops! And they have a strict no tipping policy, which made things easier. All staff are very friendly! Definitely an awesome experience for us. "
