"Dirty room "

"Initially there was an issue with the room being ready. So when it was I got upgraded for free. Basically I got a slightly larger room. I was happy with it and the staff were very helpful."

He readjusted my car seat and steering wheel and did not put it back. Also kept walking behind me when i said i was fine to ask me to write a review. Actually asked me to get my phone out to do it right then. "

"This place was absolutely lovely for a family vacation. Not fancy by any means- obviously an old building. The elevator situation is a whole part of the experience, which is a bummer and the free breakfast is pretty bad and poorly set up. Having said that- we would definitely stay there again."
