"The room was very clean however, some of the stuff looked like it needed to be updated, the staff for the front desk were very nice and professional, when it came down to breakfast, it was very good quality and had lot of options."

"The furniture is a bit outdated in the first tower (OBC) and needs updating to match the decor of the Oceanaire tower. The first room I was in (Queen studio kitchenette, oceanfront) was on a lower floor where the hallway looked like a prison with brown walls. I found nasty, shaved hairs on the bedsheet like it wasn’t washed or changed between guests. I immediately call the front desk who immediately rectified the situation. I ended up upgrading to a suite and it was fantastic. The ocean views were amazing, the rooms and halls a little more updated. There were some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed but I will reach out to the property directly."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were great. The room was clean and spacious for the 3 of us. My only complaint was that we ran out of towels on day 3 and housekeeping never came, but i did go to the front desk and they did replace towels needed, but the dirty ones were never taken. Besides that our stay was great. The balcony was perfect, beautiful view of the beach."

"The location was great: 2-3 blocks from Capitol. The Internet was extremely slow. If you want to use it, you need to pay a lot. The 'free' password did not work. Nothing is included. Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips. "
