The room smelled like purr cigarettes, like it was embedded in the walls and carpet. We noticed that this hotel appears to have people living in it. I wouldn't recommend it at all and expedia should not be advertising this hotel. The people we saw also looked a bit suspect. Lets just say, my husband, daughter and I checked out 10 mins later and booked another hotel.in Chesapeake! Don't do it!

It's a very nasty place to stay. They didn't give us fresh towels the 4 days we were there. A drug dealer approached my husband wanting to know if he was interested in buying any kind of drug, he started naming off drugs. They didn't change the sheets at all. No coffee at all. The pool was green and on there site it says they have 3 pools plus 1 kiddie pool not true. They lied about everything

We stayed there for two nights..we received our room it was a heavy smell of cigarettes…mind you I asked for a non smoking room.. so I went to front desk requested another room it was the same…the bed back board had hand prints all over it.. yeah gross! When we first entered our room the smell of cigarettes was absolutely terrible, as well as while I was trying to unpack my luggage I stepped on a live cockroach crawling around the carpet in the room, disgusting! Then when I went downstairs to change rooms when we got to our second room the door was already cracked open and it looked like someone had previously busted down the door and they “fixed” it with a piece of wood and the door had a gap in it when you closed it! At least the ac was working okay in the second room because the first room only blew out hot air. Absolutely would not stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever booked. We reserved a basic business room with two double beds, but it looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not well maintained. There was trash piled up outside, vehicles sitting on bricks in the parking lot, and people knocking on our door, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The room itself was in poor condition. The toilet continuously ran and eventually backed up into the bathroom. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and we even found a roach in the shower. The amenities were also misrepresented. The hotel advertised three pools, but that was not the case. Due to the condition of the property, the safety concerns, and the discrepancies between what was advertised and what was provided, we chose not to stay. I will be posting photos of the room and surrounding property so others can see what we encountered.

Sadly I booked the room (non refundable) on Expedia before reading reviews or we would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere as soon as we got there. Here is a list: Grounds are unkempt with trash laying everywhere Ice machine didn’t work Vending machine didn’t work Room had an odor and wasn’t as clean as I would hope, especially the bathroom Hole in wall above nightstand No plug in order to take a bath (brought up to staff and was told none of the rooms had them) Shower did not work on its own. Had to prop the stem up with a wash cloth and then it still did not work properly, just a small stream of water Bathroom walls, door and floor were filthy Blanket on one bed had cigarette burns in it and both blankets were very threadbare and worn Wash cloths and towels were very worn and stained Pillows were practically non existent, as they were so thin We needed to do a load of laundry but was discouraged by staff to do so. Overall, the property is very worn down with no apparent attempts to make it more comfortable or appealing. Will definitely not being staying there again.
