"There was a tall young man who checked us in. I cannot remember his name. He was excellent help! The room was clean. I wish the windows would have had screens. Would like to have the window open at night for cool night air. The pool area was nice but the water was a little cool. The food in the restaurant was good. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We were asked if we preferred a room near the casino, we said no, as we really didn’t care. Little did we know we were being placed in building 6, which must be undergoing a remodel as half the rooms are vacant with the furniture wrapped in plastic. When searching for the ice machine we learned building 6 had no ice machine and we had to walk over to building 5 or 7 to get ice. There were bugs on the floor in the room and the bathroom was very dated. We requested a pack n’ play and were told it was $15 per night to rent. Only hotel that’s ever charged me for one. We had booked the hotel for a night to and from Disneyland, but the first stay was so rough we opted to skip the second night and instead make the 12 hour drive with no stop."
