「Housekeeping part can do better」

「Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

「The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. They have very limited hot water we had to have cold shower after 2 mins. They have no heater so I do not recommend this place for winter. The staffs were not helpful, they do not speak English even a...

「Booked and paid for a 3 kind bed room for my family and I when staying in Hanoi. On arrival in the backstreet, we were informed that they were fully booked and we hadn’t paid (I have a receipt that says otherwise). Left with tired kids and no accomodation on a stinking hot day. Would not recommend. 」

「There is no reception. The property is new and is managed by an attendant, a laddy who service the building. That is all.」
