Without hesitation, Cam offered to change our room to a waterfront villa—and went even further by upgrading us to a two-bedroom villa, which made an enormous difference for our family and allowed us to truly relax during our stay. We arrived after midnight, and despite the late hour, Cam was personally there waiting for us to ensure everything went smoothly. The check-in process was effortless, and we immediately felt welcomed. The villa was stunning, spotlessly clean, modern, and very spacious. "
