They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . Service was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.❤️❤️❤️🙏👏👏👏👏👏Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personalized. They anticipated my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "The rooms were so well equipped, they have thought of everything. The sofa bed in the living room has a proper mattress and is very comfortable. Staff and amenities great! Free tea/coffee from the breakfast room each morning even if you aren't paying for breakfast which is a lovely touch. Location perfect, metro close, some beautiful places to eat and the famous moulin rouge just around the corner. Travelled with my mum and my two daughters ages 18 and 21. Best city break! Thank you "
