「The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. 「房间不大但安排的很整洁舒适，内部装修看起来很新。离火车站和Piaza grande都很近，走路几分钟即可到达；步行很近距离即可到达湖边，离坐船去湖上各处景点的码头就很近。对于不开车，只想舒适休息一晚，不在乎有否湖景的游人来说很合适。 不含早餐，需另附。大堂有提供免费新鲜柠檬水和苹果，小心意，但对刚从长时间日晒中回来的人是个挺好的安慰。」

「The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.」

「Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten alles, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar etwas ausserhalb, eher in einem Industriegebiet. Dennoch sehr ruhig, gute Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto rasch in Ascona oder Locarno. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grundsolide ohne grossen Schnickschnack.
