「Property was conveniently located, clean, and had all ammenities mentioned. Fun experience to stay in a local apartment with historical architecture. Such a beautiful place to see! Great for families. Very steep steps to the apartment, but all worth the experience. Pack light if you intend on going up a large flight of stairs.」

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting.
Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally.
Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent....

「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom.
