「The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and peaceful. The outside spaces however were dirty - the front entrance had pigeon droppings all over it, the stairs were not swept and filthy. The apartments small balcony was full of pigeon droppings and there was an ashtray full of old cigarette butts - this was particularly annoying as everytime we put our towels out to dry on the line we ended up treading pigeon droppings into the apartment. 「Staff sympathique. Chambre un peu vieille et à besoin d’être rénovée ou à besoin d’un minimum d’entretien (cabinet salle de bain brisé, bas de porte abîmés, lit qui bouge). Ne pas oublier d’acheter du papier de toilette. Seulement un rouleau fourni. Super localisation à 11 min à pied de la gare et 4 min de la mer!」

「The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」
