「arrived after our check in time walked in to no staff but keys were laying on the counter and we just took one for a room. Felt safe coming back later that night with the keyless entry system. Room was fine, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was typical small European with shower corner. Breakfast was good, asked for fried eggs and received. Upon checkout staff didn't ask about stay just took our keys. 」

「Das Gebäude ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer sind alle sehr modern renoviert.
Sehr ärgerlich war die Wartezeit beim Einchecken von fast 45 Minuten! Das geht wirklich gar nicht und wäre mit einem modernen Buchungssystem, das im Vorfeld schon die Daten erfasst deutlich schneller möglich. Auch das vereinbarte Willkommensgetränk haben wir nicht erhalten.
In Verbindung mit der Therme trotzdem empfehlenswert. 」

「Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss und war ok. Die Einrichtung war schon ein wenig vintage. Leider waren die Steckdosen am Nachttisch und am Schreibtisch sehr schlecht erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich auch im Restaurant. Dort gibt es gute Gerichte die preislich noch ok sind. 」
