"I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place. The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. "It was cute and so clean! The staff was super and very nice. The only thing is that there are no close walkable dining options. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but is 25 minutes away from central Madrid so you are not close to the touristy areas. Transportation back and forth starts to add up."
