「Keswan and the team here were not helpful at all in my booking. Highly recommend avoiding the headache of staying here. Refused to help me in altering my booking at all, even though I contacted them 5 minutes after making my booking (which was two weeks out...) Very unprofessional resort. Will not be coming back. 「The choices of food was not great, it felt like prison that we couldn’t use any part of the hotel after 11pm as everywhere was locked until 8am. When we used the pool outside there was a mice in there happily swimming, when we advised the Hotel someone from maintenance came and took it out with a net he I didn’t use any other equipment or anything to clean the pool. We then refused to go into the pool and nothing was done about it. We were overcharged for something we didn’t have on our check...

「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」

「The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant.
