「Everything was GREAT.」

「The king size bed is not a true king, it’s small and hard as a board to sleep on. Housekeeping did not leave all the toiletries in the room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths. And did not leave us Kleenex, soap, or lotion, I also had to ask for the body wash in the shower to be refilled, as it was empty when we got there. 「The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !」

「Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. 」
