「Great stay」

「Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.」

「The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !」

「The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.」

「Staff was AMAZING!!! Loved our room! Only bummer was I didn’t realize there was no hot tub and the pool was small and only 4’ deep. This place is also in a wonderful, clean area of town! Parking lot is small and parking spots are a small and close together.」

「The property was being remodeled and our room wasn’t like the suite we had before in other Comfort locations. It certainly wasn’t worth the money.」

「Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.」

「The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service.」

「Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Had a good variety for breakfast.」

「We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.」

「Clean friendly staff」

「We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...
