「Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...

「The hotel is under construction and we were confused on finding our room and were wondering around in the building being refurbished before we went back to the front desk and found our room. But our correct room was great. Breakfast was wonderful. And it was quiet in the hotel and if we had had more time I would have liked to have used the swimming pool as we would have had it to ourselves!!」

「Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!」

「Beautiful Hotel! We had a suite and it was so comfortable. Only complaint is shower very small but it had a huge jet tub. Overall very happy with everything. Restaurants in walking distance plus their on-site restaurant Char. We dined at Ciao which was around tge corner and highly recommend it.」
