"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."

"Room with very comfortable beds, which is the hotel's strongest point, service by the guys at breakfast very bad, no desire to work, bathroom located on the ground floor with a smell worse than a public bathroom in the city center, where I have already informed the management so that they can take action. "We had a really good stay. Good service, very comfy bed. Air con works great and easy to control from the room. Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast, there’s not a massive variety but there’s enough and nice quality. Great location. The food in the restaurant is a bit pricey but it’s quite good. There are a few details that could be improved. The bins in the room are a bit rusty. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel set look quite cheap for a 5 star hotel. Some parts of the building look a bit tired and outdated but this does not affect the stay which was quite pleasant "
